Legal experience meets commercial understanding. Advice combines precise legal analysis with a clear view of the client’s practical and economic interests.

Insolvency law. Several years of professional experience at a law firm specialising in insolvency law, with practical experience in insolvency-related matters.

Consumer law. Several years as a lawyer and project manager at one of Germany’s largest consumer law firms, including work relating to the diesel emissions matter and the representation of policyholders.

Commercial understanding. Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business administration. Professional experience in corporate environments and in recruitment consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups.

Legal training. Law studies at Humboldt University of Berlin with a focus including corporate law and banking and capital markets law. Legal traineeship in the district of the Berlin Court of Appeal, including placements at the Berlin Regional Court, the public prosecutor’s office, Tiergarten Local Court, Schöneberg Tax Office and an insolvency-focused law firm.
